Seller & current store status
The seller is Global Master sp. z o.o. Contact: contact@fire-salamander.com. Registered address and company registration details must be completed before live sales. Checkout currently takes no payment and creates no order.
What the quote covers
Fire Salamander offers hydraulic control components and configured kits for integration. The written quote must identify the supplied items, technical specification, intended application, documentation, installation scope and any exclusions. Legal classification depends on the actual equipment; a kit is not automatically partly completed machinery.
Custom work & advance payment
An advance payment covers engineering work and components committed to the agreed project. The quote must state the amount, milestones, schedule and applicable cancellation or refund terms before acceptance. No fixed deposit percentage or non-refundable status is currently imposed.
Installation & documentation
Bench testing checks the agreed kit configuration; it does not establish conformity of the final machine. Installation, risk assessment and commissioning must be addressed for the actual application. The customer’s acceptance does not remove the seller’s or manufacturer’s statutory obligations.
Business orders: proposed law & jurisdiction
For business-to-business contracts, the proposed terms select Polish law and the courts having jurisdiction at the seller’s registered seat in Poland, subject to mandatory law and applicable jurisdiction rules. The final wording, registered seat and treatment of international sales conventions require legal review before use.
Consumer orders
Any choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply to the transaction. Any jurisdiction provision is subject to the consumer’s mandatory rights to bring or defend proceedings in another competent court. These terms do not impose exclusive Polish jurisdiction on consumers.
Acceptance & order records
Before a live order can be submitted, the final terms and agreed configuration must be available to the buyer and affirmatively accepted. The order record must preserve the accepted version and timestamp. A pro-forma invoice must refer to that same version; sending an invoice alone is not evidence of acceptance.
