Hydraulic controls for the machine you run.

Explore 12 starting points for a hydraulic control project. Choose the closest machine type and tell us what you want to change. These are project possibilities, not a list of universally compatible machines; we assess each installation before proposing a kit.

01

Excavators & attachments

Tell us the excavator model, the attachment and which movements you want to control. Photos and existing valve references help us discuss a hydraulic control kit without asking you to write a technical specification.

02

Drill rigs

Describe the operating sequence and which functions need to work together. For a drilling rig control project, we review the existing controls and installation constraints before proposing a component arrangement.

03

Knuckle boom & truck-mounted cranes

For a crane control inquiry, include the crane model and existing control and safety arrangements. Changing operator controls requires a machine-specific integration review; a component kit is not approval to modify or operate a crane.

04

Forestry machinery

Describe the loader, attachment or other forestry equipment and where the operator works. We can discuss joystick layouts, wiring and valve selection around the functions you need, with the final scope defined for that installation.

05

Farm equipment

Tell us about the tractor, implement or other agricultural machine and the hydraulic movements involved. We help work through the supply, control inputs and valve arrangement, including what can be retained from the existing installation.

06

Stump grinders

For a stump grinder control upgrade, begin with the make, model and the changes you want. We review the existing layout and discuss the component scope. Remote-control options and the requirements for their use must be assessed separately for the destination market.

07

Skid steers & compact loaders

Want a different control layout for an attachment or auxiliary hydraulic function? We can discuss the operator inputs, wiring and valve arrangement for your loader. Send the machine and attachment models, a photo of the existing controls and the movements you want to manage. Compatibility with the loader’s existing control and safety functions needs to be reviewed.

08

Hydraulic winches

Describe what the winch moves, where the operator stands and how you want to control its direction and speed. We can discuss a control kit around those requirements. Include the winch model and available valve references. Load holding, braking and any lifting use must be assessed as part of the machine integration; a new controller alone does not resolve them.

09

Tippers & tipping trailers

For a tipping body or trailer project, tell us which movements need control and where the operator should work. We can discuss controls for the agreed hydraulic functions and how they interface with the existing equipment. Photos of the power unit, valve and controls help define the scope. Existing interlocks and operating limits must be considered before changes are made.

10

Hooklifts & skip loaders

Tell us about the truck-mounted equipment, its current controls and which functions you want to bring into one layout. We can review a custom control arrangement for the agreed hydraulic movements. Send the equipment model and any available control documentation. Sequencing, load handling and machine interlocks need to remain part of the integration review.

11

Mobile crushers, screens & conveyors

A project might involve bringing hydraulic adjustment or positioning functions into a clearer operator layout. Describe each movement and how it relates to the rest of the plant. We can discuss the component scope and, where suitable, communication with the existing CAN network. Send machine references and available interface information; network compatibility must be confirmed.

12

Hydraulic power units & custom machinery

If your equipment does not fit a standard category, start with the job it performs. We can discuss a control panel, operator inputs, valve selection and wiring for an individual hydraulic installation. A sketch or photo is enough for the first conversation. We help define the requirements, agree the component scope and establish what needs to be checked before installation.
