Use S, M or L as a starting point if you want to discuss an existing kit design. Choose Custom Build when the layout or functions need an individual approach. We can also adapt an existing kit rather than start from scratch.

The agreed scope can include operator inputs, cable harnesses, power supply matching, coils and hydraulic valve selection. Available output settings depend on the chosen hardware and application. We confirm the configuration before you order.

Yes, we can select suitable Walvoil or AKON directional control valves as part of a project. The exact model depends on the machine and its hydraulic requirements. Mention any valve you already have and whether you want to keep it.

A custom project commits engineering time and components to your machine. Your quote explains the advance payment, the work it covers and the remaining payment stages before work begins. Ask us to clarify scope, timing and cancellation terms before paying.

Hydraulic Master keeps component stock that can shorten the wait for suitable configurations. Preparation time still depends on the design, parts and test scope. We confirm a project schedule instead of promising the same lead time for every kit.

It is prepared and bench-tested for the agreed configuration, then supplied for integration. Installation and commissioning on the machine are separate steps. Do not operate it until the application requirements and necessary checks have been completed.

We do not currently claim certification for Fire Salamander controllers. Requirements depend on the exact product, installation and destination market. Calling equipment a component kit or accepting responsibility does not waive them. Documentation and eligibility for supply must be resolved before an order is accepted.

Radio equipment requirements must be checked for the exact transmitter, receiver and integration. A wireless option or a radio module alone is not a claim of FCC or ISED approval for the finished configuration. Contact us before selecting a radio option for either market.
